Halo 2 was the second installment of the cult video game series Halo. Shortly after its release Halo 2 became a massive success with gamers worldwide because of its improved level of graphical representation and improved game play mechanics.
Unlike Halo which is considered a first person shooter game, Halo 2 is a very entertaining game that can be enjoyed as a first person shooter game but it also contains many other features that make it even more enjoyable. Halo 2 offers many new weapons, exciting new battles, and compelling storyline to keep gamers interested enough to want to come back and play the game all over again.
One of the noticeable improvements that was made in Halo 2 is that it now has an improved graphics engine. The textures and artwork look more electric blue and Halo 2 now looks much better than the first version of the game released. Another noticeable improvement is that the old beta version of Halo 2 had many glitches in it. Most of these glitches are removed in the final version of the game.
Halo 2 Features
There are many new features that Halo 2 now features that was not in the beta version. These added features are:
-A bigger multiplayer map
-A ranking system
-Option to play as guest
-Better weapon accuracy
-More shooting angles
-Tldershot shotgun now available
The trial version of Halo 2 can still be played online.Believe it or not, before the release of Halo 2, trial runs were available for select members to play for free. These trial runs are known as Spartan Ops and they really count as a part of the Halo 2 adventure. Completing challenges will earn you credits towards buying armor, weapons, vehicles, skills, and more.
The multiplayer component of Halo 2 saw a nice change after it was customized for multi player. The changes were so vast that it made the Multiplayer screen look like the original Halo. Weapons, armor, skills, and maps were adjustable for multi player and improvements were made.
Multi player turned out to be much more fun in Halo 2. This made the game more exciting as you were entered in to a war that you had no control over. You had to try and be part of the conflict but also had no control over your role in the development of the conflict.
You had to choose a side to be part of. There were many characters represented through names given to the weapons in the game. The characters were split into the opposing teams Fireteam Shadow and Fireteam Iron. Even the game type was changed to a more influenced conflict. Halo 2 gave each team a teampeak in which you could hear the other team.
It seems that many changes were made to the multiplayer component of Halo 2. Many exciting features were added such as challenges, head-to-head games, and more. The games were in a much better state of balance in which there was one team that always won. The games were exciting and more challenging such as eliminate or be eliminated in a matter of minutes. The death penalties for random failures to a team were not in the game.
The story continues
A new story was told in Halo 2. A group of heroes, each with their own unique abilities, fights against the alien. The story takes place five years after the events of Halo: Combat Evolved.
This story is the one that takes place in the intriguing planet called Forerunner. It is strongly recommended for gamers who prefer more action-oriented gameplay over simply telling a story. In this game, gamers will be put in control of a hero who is the last remaining Spartan, Noble 6. Your mission is to bring the covenant to zero. To do this, you will have to undergone a few character changes and be placed in a new environment, planet called Requiem.
Command and Conquer: Redistribution
Command and Conquer: Redistribution is a sequel to the popular Command and Conquer series. This is a direct sequel to the original Command and Conquer, which was a very popular game that was enjoyed by millions of people. The Covenant is still considered to be a threat to the existence of humans and must be destroyed in order for the universal salvaging of the human race to continue.
As you may have suspected, the game expected players to work together to build theongs necessary to orchestrate theiosaotic, and in many cases, this was a bit more difficult than expected. Gamers are given the ability to create their own songs and create an array of sounds with their music. Gamers also can edit and share their music for the other players listening.
With Redistribution, the game designers have made the decision to make some significant upgrades both to the look of the game and the gameplay. For new gamers, this can be disappointing, but veteran gamers will certainly be pleased with the enhanced graphical feel of the game that redefined the field of view.
